Research on Blended Learning Activity Design Based on OBE

Blended learning has become the "New normal" of current education. However, since most teachers have not received special blended teaching training, they habitually continue to use traditional teacher-centered concept when designing and implementing teaching, which seriously hindered development teaching. The OBE Outcome-Based Education is a learner-centered educational concept, points out direction for This paper introduces OBE. Relying on theory Community Inquiry activity theory, this study designs activities based from four stages: design learners' expected outcomes, preparation, implementation evaluation activities. It provide operable suggestions valuable references committed research practice learning, so as contribute digital transformation in education China.
